EAST VANCOUVER HERITAGE HOUSE RENO

Significant update to this 1920's, 1600 sq.ft. character home in East Vancouver. A partition wall was removed between the living and dining area immensely increasing the living space and expanding the flow throughout the main floor. Unfinished attic space was utilized to create a new master bathroom ensuite and significantly increase built in closet and bedroom storage. Details and the colour pallet were carried throughout to produce a cohesive, updated design, but in keeping of the heritage of the home.
